WEATHER POLICY
The Church Weather Policy is that church services will be held despite snow or other weather events.  We encourage those who would be at risk to stay home, but services will be provided for those who are willing to attend.

In extreme snow, ice or other weather events where safety would be  a concern, a decision will be made about regular scheduled services no later than one hour prior to the scheduled activity.  Contact will be made with Sunday School leadership and they will in turn be asked to call all members.

Announcements about weather events and cancellation of scheduled activities will also be posted on the front of our webpage, sent out on text and e-mail to those who have provided their cell phone or e-mail addresses to the church.  Cancellations will also be
provided after hours on our church answering machine at 865-577-6617.
